Description
- Oversee and manage the entire financial reporting process
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of financial reports
- Comply with all accounting and financial regulations
- Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team
- Develop and implement efficient reporting systems
- Liaise with auditors and manage audit process
- Provide strategic financial advice to the senior management team
- Continuously improve the financial reporting process
Profile
A successful 'Head of Reporting' should have:
- A professional qualification in Accounting or Finance (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
