Recruit UK is supporting a national financial planning company in its search for a Performance Director to drive strategic growth and development across its regional offices.
Role Overview:
As Performance Director, you’ll focus on enhancing business performance across several areas, including:
- Delivering on business plans to increase assets and revenue
- Overseeing profit and loss
- Driving headcount growth, adviser retention, and succession planning
- Supporting client marketing initiatives
- Networking with complementary professional services
- Providing sales training and management for Financial Advisers
