Jackson Hogg is supporting a global organisation on the appointment of a Purchase Ledger Supervisor.

You will support in the management of the AP function, focusing on right first time principles with adherence to new processes, effective compliance and service level management. Working within a team of 16, the AP Supervisor will have direct responsibility for the service delivery to a specific region/s. This will include direct supervision of approx. 7 staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the service delivery of the core AP functions to specific region/s, ensuring SLAs are adhered to.
  • Manage relationships with specific region/s. Leading on monthly service calls and being point of escalation for any issues.
  • Supervise approx. 7 staff, to include conducting monthly 1 to 1s carrying out appraisals, performance monitoring/management, chairing team meetings.
  • Lead on integration of new processes and services.
  • Focus on continuous improvement for all work streams

Requirements:

  • Multi-year experience of AP in a Shared Services environment.
  • Experience in customer service environment, with ability to manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Used to working to deadlines, prioritising workload and ability to deliver work through others.
  • Knowledge and experience of using Oracle, JDE, Concur.
  • Sound knowledge of complex AP Processes.
  • Willingness to develop people management skills.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.
