Due to success and continued growth, our client is looking to recruit an additional and experienced, Financial Services Administrator, to support the business. Whilst full-time hours are preferred, flexibility with start and finish times is available and part-time hours may be considered, for the right candidate.Working from modern offices in Newcastle city centre, you鈥檒l be part of a client-centric team and deal with both existing and new clients. Communication is key here, so you鈥檒l need to be a confident communicator, great at following and completing processes, both accurately and on time.You鈥檒l support several Advisers and your responsibilities will include:
路 Create client files路 Email pre-meeting information to client路 Book client meetings路 Prepare meeting packs路 Process LOA鈥檚 and liaise with providers to obtain relevant information路 Action withdrawal requests; top-ups, fund switches utilising in-house systems路 Deal with client queries路 Provide admin support to marketing (client letters, birthday and Christmas cards etc)路 Scanning and managing post
Candidate Requirements:
Must have experience of supporting Financial Advisers in an administrative capacity
- Good knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products
- Experience of Salesforce would be advantageous
- Enjoy working and contributing within a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident and capable - able to deliver accurate work
- Mature attitude with a client-centric approach
