Sonic Summary

An established client is seeking a general Builder for long-term ongoing work in Newcastle up to Berwick.
The position is suitable for sub-contractors or self-employed individuals with experience in single story builds and extensions on high-end residential projects.
The ideal candidate should have solid bricklaying skills and experience with new builds, conservatories, and extensions.
A van will be provided, and the Builder will report to the depot each morning before heading to the job site.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience, and candidates must hold a full UK driving license and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

The work will consist of single story builds and extensions on high-end residential projects throughout Tyneside.

The Builder will be experienced at single story new builds with solid bricklaying skills.

The Builder will be provided with a Van and will report each morning to the depot before heading to the Job.

The work can be paid per job completed / Day rate for each job.
