An award-winning Construction/Reactive Maintenance company is seeking a Roofer/General Builder for a temp to perm position in the North East.
The role involves assisting with insurance claim work in domestic properties, including taking samples, photos, and filing reports after making repairs.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of roofing experience and a CSCS card is essential.
The position offers a salary of £17.00 per hour, with overtime rates up to double time and additional on-call payments.

My award winning Construction/Reactive Maintenance company are looking for a Roofer/General Builder to join on a temp to perm basis asap.
Covering North East.
Really fantastic company to work for.
Duties will include going into domestic properties to assist with insurance claim work.
Take samples and photos of work required and then make good again and file a report.
Good all round building experience required as you could be plastering or doing some brick work as well as roofing.
Immediate start for the right candidate.
Company will provide Van, Uniform, fuel card and phone. So there are no individual costs to the worker.
CSCS card essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm

Salary: £17.00 per hour
Overtime rates up to double time.
On Call and Call out payments also added.
