Are you a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with upwards of 3 years' post qualifying experience on the lookout for a new role in Newcastle?

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling their own caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters, with a focus on brain and spinal injuries, birth injuries, cerebral and erb's palsy and delayed cancer diagnosis claims. The cases are largely settled without the need for litigation, though candidates must be confident in litigating for when trial can not be avoided.
