Conveyancing Assistant Newcastle Upon Tyne-Market Leading Salary

Looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to provde support to the Fee Earner.

Main Responsibilities:-

Following the company’s risk and AML policies.
Dealing with clients, other solicitors and agents on the phone, by email and in person.
A wide variety of tasks depending on experience, ranging from drafting contracts, reviewing searches, ordering redemption figures, preparing mortgage summaries, setting files up for completion.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be an integral part of the team.

The firm will also support full staff development, training & progression.
