Job Title: Estates Scanning Project Assistant
Salary: £12.04 per hour (paid weekly)
Contract Type: Temporary 3 Months- Possibility to extend - 37 hours per week
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am-4pm - Lunch break 30 minutes
Location: Citygate, Office-based
Start Date: ASAP

Role Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Estates Scanning Project Assistants to support a key records management project. This role involves assisting the Estates Project Support Officer in reviewing, preparing, and scanning excess paper files and records. You will help process records based in Citygate.

Main responsibilities:

  • Prepare paper records for scanning, including staple removal, unfolding papers, and trimming irregular sizes.
  • Assist with scanning processes and ensure confidential disposal of records that meet criteria.
  • Handle a mix of inspection, enforcement, and team records resulting from office relocations.
  • Collaborate with the Workplace, Facilities, and Estates Manager at Citygate.
