HR Administrator - 9 Month Fixed Term Contract

Join our client's team as an HR Administrator on a 9-month fixed term contract and play a vital role in shaping the future of the industry!

As an HR Administrator, you will work closely with the HR team to ensure the smooth running of HR processes, providing timely and accurate support to their global workforce. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR skills and gain valuable experience in the engineering sector. What you'll be doing:

  • Assisting with the administration of HR processes, including employee onboarding, contracts, and documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR databases.
  • Supporting the recruitment process by posting job adverts, arranging interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Assisting with employee training and development activities.
  • Providing general HR administration support to the HR and L&D Team.
  • Supporting with upcoming projects.
