We’re recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator/Assistant to join a dynamic and rapidly growing company located in the heart of Newcastle. Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate the recruitment and onboarding process by posting job openings, CVs, and coordinating interviews.

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality within HR systems.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Management team, including document preparation, meeting coordination, and calendar management.

Assist with benefits administration, including enrolments, updates, and employee inquiries.

Coordinate and manage employee training and development programs to foster professional growth.

Support employee relations efforts by maintaining confidential records and assisting with investigations as needed.

Prepare HR metrics and analytics through accurate data entry and reporting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR projects and strategic initiatives.

Stay informed about HR policies, procedures, and emerging best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred but not essential).

Experience in an administrative or HR Assistant role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Exceptional attention to detail and superb organisational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with strong interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively.
