Working alongside site teams to keep everything running smoothly.

Managing and maintaining the presentation of show homes and marketing suites.

Handling customer enquiries promptly and professionally, both in person and via digital channels.

Supporting customers through the mortgage and legal process, ensuring a smooth transition to homeownership.
