My client is a community healthcare provider who is dedicated to improving everyone鈥檚 wellbeing by making healthcare better. They currently seek a number of Patient Care Co-ordinators to handle inbound and outbound calls to patients who have already been referred to their service to book them in for appointments with their specialists.

The Co-Ordinators will work onsite at their Newcastle location for 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm). These no-sales roles are offered on a temp to perm basis, with successful candidates typically being given the opportunity to transfer to permanent staff after 12 weeks.

The start date for these roles is 24th March 2025. You must be able to start on this date.

Duties

路 Contact patients who have already been referred to a specialist service (physiotherapy, rheumatology etc.) to book in their appointments.

路 Reschedule or cancel appointments as necessary.

路 Liaise with other healthcare professionals such as GPs and hospitals when required.

路 Complete associated admin.

Required knowledge, skills or experience

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong track record in customer services and/or admin to join a company who prides itself on delivering positive patient experiences at all times. They seek individuals with:
