Job Title:Telesales Executive
Location:Newcastle (Full-time, On-site, Office-based 5 days per week)
Salary:£25,000 base + uncapped OTE (£10,000+ achievable)

About the Role:

This is a full-time, on-site role for aTelesales Executive. As aTelesales Executive youll play a vital role in driving business growth by generating leads and setting appointments for senior sales executives. Working at one of South Wales' premier Managed Print, IT, and Technology companies, youll promote and sell their full range of office solutions, including:

  • Office Printers, MFDs, MPS(Managed Print Services),Print Security Solutions, andDigital Printing Presses
  • Franking Machines, Audiovisual Equipment, andIT Networking Solutions

This position offers an excellent opportunity to advance within the company, with a clear progression path toward field sales roles for high performers.

Key Responsibilities of theTelesales Executive:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales representatives.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with decision-makers to understand their business needs and present our value proposition.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team for effective lead handover and pipeline management.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system.

Desirabilitys of the Telesales Executive:

  • Prior experience in telesales, sales development, or a similar client-focused role is highly desirable.
