Your Role:

? Lead and support the night care team to ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centred care.? Administer medication and complete care documentation accurately.? Provide emotional and physical support to residents, ensuring comfort and dignity at all times.? Respond effectively to emergencies and liaise with healthcare professionals when necessary.? Maintain a safe, clean, and homely environment for all residents.

What We're Looking For:

?? Previous experience in a Senior Care Assistant role (or similar) within a residential or dementia care setting.?? A Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care - or willingness to work towards it.?? Experience administering medication.?? A kind, patient, and compassionate nature with a passion for elderly care.?? Strong leadership and communication skills.
