As General Manager, you will not only nurture and develop the team with energy and enthusiasm, but you will also work closely with our Operations Team to ensure the steady running of the venue and constant business development. This is an opportunity for an experienced General Manager with a proven record of success in a similar role.
Our ideal candidate will:
- Have a great front of house presence, with a focus on leading by example in inspiring and mentoring a team across multiple departments to get the best out of all staff members
- Show a comprehensive knowledge of quality food and drink, with an eye for detail
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, with a proven record of on-brand business development and an in depth understanding of the industry
- Possess a detailed comprehension of financial budgets, margins and targets and the ability to improve profitability and control costs effectively
- Be diligent about ensuring that routine procedures are followed with strong knowledge of health, safety and compliance procedures and regulations
- Have good awareness with an analytical approach to problem solving
