Business Centre Coordinator - Permanent Opportunity

As a Business Centre Coordinator, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the business centre. Acting as the first point of contact for contractors, tenants, staff, and visitors, you'll provide essential information, advice, and guidance. Your responsibilities will also include managing front-of-house operations, responding to help-desk inquiries, and supporting various operational tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.

- Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 per week, 9AM - 5PM
- Holidays: 25 days per year plus Bank Holidays, plus your birthday off

- Be the go-to contact for tenants, visitors, and contractors, providing guidance and support through multiple communication channels.
- Oversee front-of-house operations, managing calls, emails, and ensuring timely resolution of inquiries.
- Assist tenants by responding to help-desk inquiries and monitoring the Request Management system.
- Identify and escalate security concerns or incidents as needed.
- Support the wider team with various operational and administrative tasks.
- Help facilitate tenant engagement activities and events.
- Conduct contractor site inductions and maintain accurate documentation.
- Attend contractor meetings and offer assistance as required.
- Oversee petty cash management for business-related expenses.
- Coordinate on-site contractors and assist in scheduling upcoming works and projects.
- Conduct weekly walk-throughs to ensure the building remains clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, including emergency procedures and evacuation plans.
- Communicate Fire Risk Assessments and health & safety reports to tenants and clients.
- Report regularly to the General Manager on operational matters.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
- At least two years of experience in administration, front-of-house, or customer service.
- Strong communication, organisational, and planning skills.
- A confident, professional, and customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Safety Culture - I-auditor app.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
