Your Responsibilities include:
  • Implementing employee wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.
  • Develop and implement a robust HR strategy to support business growth.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle including recruitment.
  • Coordinate training opportunities across the organisation.
  • Implement and develop appraisal system and create training plans based on need.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices (including streamlining processes).
You will need:
  • CIPD Level 7 qualified.
  • Proven experience in a HR Leadership role.
  • Previous experience of implementing people strategies.
  • Strong employment law knowledge.
