- Lead on all HR matters across the organisation ensuring compliance with employment law.

- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Manage grievance, disciplinary and performance management issues.
- Coordinate training opportunities across the organisation.
- Strong employment law knowledge.
- Previous experience of working in a generalist HR position.
- Previous experience of providing advice and guidance to senior managers.
