We are delighted to be working with our innovative and successful client headquartered in Newcastle to recruit a permanent HR Manager. As the business embarks on the next exciting part of its development strategy, they are looking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to work closely with the leadership team to support the company achieve its ambitious business objectives.

The role will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and developing an effective HR function to drive performance across the organisation.
  • Strengthening the employee experience to promote an engaged and motivated workforce.
  • Providing advice and guidance to the leadership and executive teams on all People related matters.
  • Developing and implementing HR related policies and being the lead on the following HR disciplines: Talent, recruitment and retention; Culture and engagement; Development of performance management processes; Leadership and Development; and Reward and recognition.
  • Providing advice and guidance on HR support, best practice and employment legislation to all stakeholders.
  • Developing the organisation’s onboarding and induction programmes to offer an excellent employee experience.
  • Dealing with all employee relations matters in line with employment legislation.
  • Coaching and developing the HR Assistant.
  • Taking ownership of HR KPI’s and presenting to the leadership team.
  • Leading on HR projects.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be an experienced HR professional at the Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager level.
  • Be commercially focussed, astute and driven to promote positive change.
  • Have experience gained within a commercial environment.
  • Be an effective Business Partner and able to work with stakeholders at all levels including executive.
