We are recruiting on behalf our client to be a Campus Recruiter for their Human Resources Department. As a Campus Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving campus recruitment efforts by developing and implementing targeted strategies to attract top university talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, manage on-campus events to engage potential candidates, assess and select candidates, coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding, and utilize campus insights to optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Manage internship and graduate recruitment programs.
  • Build a robust talent pipeline and enhance the organisation's presence.
  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Expert proficiency in Candidate Assessments is required.
  • Recruiting Systems at an Expert level of proficiency is recommended.
  • Recruitment Process Design, Regulatory Compliance, Branding, and Candidate Interviewing at Advanced or Expert proficiency levels are suggested.
