We are currently seeking a talented HR Assistant to join a dynamic team based in Newcastle upon Tyne. This is a fantastic opportunity to support their team with recruitment, talent management, and HR administration in a fully remote working environment.
What you'll do:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Conduct 1st stage interviews prior to 2nd stage with Hiring Managers
- Support the talent management initiatives and contribute to the development of a high-performance culture
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in HR or recruitment is essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Familiarity with European candidate recruitment processes is a plus
- Applicants must have access to their own Laptop and Mobile phone (All expenses paid).
