The Role:

As our IT Helpdesk Manager, you will oversee our IT support team, ensuring smooth daily operations and fast issue resolution. You’ll drive efficiency, manage escalations, and implement best practices to enhance our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead and mentor a team of helpdesk technicians, fostering a high-performance culture? Goodunderstanding of ITIL principles and service management best practices

? Proficiency in using service management software (e.g., ServiceNow, Connect Wise,Jira Service Desk).

? Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.

What We’re Looking For:

?? Proven experience as a IT Helpdesk Manager or in a similar IT leadership role?? Strong technical background in IT support, networking, and system administration?? Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills?? Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems and ITIL best practices?? Strong communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset
