The Job you will do:

  • Respond promptlyto support tickets and end-user enquiries.
  • Diagnose and resolvehardware and software issues, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
  • Document and trackissues and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
  • Provide guidanceand training to end-users on IT best practices and tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teamsto escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Support other IT team memberswhen needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer serviceto ensure user satisfaction.
  • Stay updatedon industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements.

About you:

  • Proven experience withMicrosoft 365 applications and services.
  • Experience withNetDocumentsis an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of general IT concepts and end-user issues.
  • Excellentproblem-solving and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.
  • 2+ yearsof experience in a similar IT support role.
  • Experience in professional services is an advantage.
