The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 support, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and the ability to address everyday end-user issues effectively.

The Job you will do:
- Respond promptlyto support tickets and end-user enquiries.
- Diagnose and resolvehardware and software issues, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
- Document and trackissues and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
- Provide guidanceand training to end-users on IT best practices and tools.
- Collaborate with internal teamsto escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Support other IT team memberswhen needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer serviceto ensure user satisfaction.
- Stay updatedon industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements.
About you:
- Proven experience withMicrosoft 365 applications and services.
- Experience withNetDocumentsis an advantage.
- Strong understanding of general IT concepts and end-user issues.
- Excellentproblem-solving and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.
- 2+ yearsof experience in a similar IT support role.
- Experience in professional services is an advantage.
