Are you an experienced IT professional ready to step into a management role? Were working with a growing MSP thats looking for a Service Desk Manager to lead and develop their technical support team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled 2nd Line Engineer or existing Team Leader to take the next step in their career.

In this role, youll be responsible for guiding a talented service desk team, ensuring outstanding technical support, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. Youll still stay hands-on with IT support, but with the added responsibility of mentoring, training, and improving processes. To help you succeed, youll also receive paid leadership training to strengthen your management skills.

What Were Looking For:
  • MSP experience with strong technical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience supporting Windows, Microsoft 365, and network infrastructure
  • A problem solver with excellent leadership potential
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Previous management experience is a bonus, but not required
