£30-£35k 12 Month FTC – Newcastle – 4 Days on Site
This is an opportunity for a guaranteed 12 month piece of work for a global organisation based in Newcastle.
The role is to join them at a busy time of work running through the operations team and therefore looking for someone with a broad technical knowledge across Infrastructure Operations and Networks.
Key areas needed:
- Provision of quality 2nd and 3rd line and escalated BAU Support for Windows Servers both physical and virtual.
- Support and administration of Windows Servers and the VMware vSphere infrastructure.
- Assisting Tech Ops team with the implementation of technical changes to infrastructure and services.
- Assist with 3rd line support and configuration of Office 365 (AAD, Exchange, SharePoint)
- Break-fix support of Server Operating Systems, Services and Hardware.
