JDI Legal are currently working with an established and respected coastal practice who are looking to make a key hire in their profitable and thriving residential conveyancing team.
This is a full time role working from their fully supported offices on Tyneside. The department stands at around 7-8 strong and its mostly local private work including Sales and Purchase, Right to Buy, Remortgage, New Build, Shared Ownership etc. Its likely the caseload will fluctuate from 80-100 transactions at any one time with support.
The role is open to a range of experience as they have further resource so are in a position to consider anyone with a couple of years qualification to senior level and those with management experience.
Its a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and capable Conveyancing Solicitor who is looking for a more traditional high street working environment and local work and has genuine prospects for development.
The firm have modern systems and the benefit of case management system and dedicated support.
