- Advise on employment law matters, including contracts, redundancy, family rights, and discrimination.
- Draft legal documents like contracts, settlement agreements, and employee communications.
- Provide corporate support on employment issues arising from transactional work, including TUPE.
- Defend claims in the Employment Tribunal, including unfair dismissal and discrimination.
- Contribute to business development through client seminars and articles.
- 4-6 years’ PQE in employment law with employer-focused experience.
- Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work independently.
