Job Opportunity: Employment Solicitor/Associate (4-6 PQE)Location: Newcastle upon TyneA well-regarded law firm in Newcastle is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor/Associate to join its busy Employment department. Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on employment law matters, including contracts, redundancy, family rights, and discrimination.
  • Draft legal documents like contracts, settlement agreements, and employee communications.
  • Provide corporate support on employment issues arising from transactional work, including TUPE.
  • Defend claims in the Employment Tribunal, including unfair dismissal and discrimination.
  • Contribute to business development through client seminars and articles.
Requirements:
