This role requires a someone who has Excellent communication and organisational skills who is also a confident communicator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting clients and visitors to the office
- Answering, Screening and forwarding incoming phone call and emails
- Taking card payments
- Creating purchase orders
- Leasing with external suppliers
You must have proven experience working in a law firm, and be knowledgeable and competent with the use of IT, MS Office and MS Excel
