Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - Newcastle

Adecco are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our client's reputable legal team. Our client is a well-established legal firm dedicated to providing exceptional service and expertise to their clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
  • Conducting property searches and title investigations
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process
  • Advising clients on all aspects of residential property law
  • Providing efficient and effective legal advice and guidance

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of three years PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Expert knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
