Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - Newcastle
Adecco are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our client's reputable legal team. Our client is a well-established legal firm dedicated to providing exceptional service and expertise to their clients.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
- Conducting property searches and title investigations
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process
- Advising clients on all aspects of residential property law
- Providing efficient and effective legal advice and guidance
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of three years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Expert knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality work and meet deadlines
- Client-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service
Our client offers a competitive salary package, including a salary range of £40,000 to £48,000 per year, depending on experience. They also provide excellent benefits and opportunities for career development within their firm.
