My client is searching for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their offices based in Newcastle, Tyne and Wear on a hybrid basis.

The role

Your work will involve dealing with a range of residential property transactions. This is also an exciting opportunity to get involved with business development and marketing to help grow and expand the work and team.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Ideally 1+ years PQE in Residential Property• Candidates must be able to handle a full case load independently. • Ability to work unsupervised, efficiently, and with great attention to detail.• Excellent communication skills.• Must be able to provide courteous, prompt, and impressive service to clients.• Experience in a broad range of residential matters.• IT proficient with good knowledge of MS Office packages and case management systems.• Commercial and financial awareness.
