An exclusive opportunity to join a modern, ambitious, and dynamic law firm who is experiencing significant growth and has with a strong presence across various locations in the UK. This firm specialises in providing comprehensive legal services, and currently seeking a qualified and experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their Newcastle team.
Our client is looking for someone who has at least 2 years of post-qualified experience (PQE), though applicants with more or less experience are encouraged to apply. They should be capable of handling a range of residential property transactions from initial instruction to completion, with experience in managing a varied and busy caseload that includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, right to buy, and shared ownership purchases.
In this role, key responsibilities include assisting the head of the department in driving growth and development initiatives while proactively seeking and securing business leads to contribute to the marketing efforts of the Residential Property department. Additionally, the candidate will focus on building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships in line with Pepperells' "Partner for Life" ethos.

The idea candidate be able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative, while also possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, estate agents, and other relevant parties.
