This opportunity is would suit a high performing Senior Associate looking to step up into Partnership or a current Partner looking to make a strategic lateral move.THE FIRMAward winning, Legal 500 ranked full-service firmActing on behalf of a range of clients to include multi-million pound organisations, owner-managed businesses and high net worth individualsTHE ROLEWorking within the highly regarded private client teamActing on behalf of owner managed businesses and High Net Worth individualsAdvising on Estate planning/Wills and Trust Creation & Administration, including accounts, tax compliance, inheritance tax issues, distributions, compliance documentation and dealing with trust assetsREQUIREMENTSA minimum of 5 years experience within private client with particular experience of acting on behalf of HNW individualsExperience with high value Trusts and landed estates would be preferred
