JDI Legal are currently working with an established L500 law firm in the city centre of Newcastle as they are looking to add further support to their thriving residential conveyancing team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience of working in a busy conveyancing team and be familiar with conveyancing practices and procedures, IT literate and familiar with case management and accessing HM Land Registry software. Candidates MUST have good communication skills, organised, reliable and time management skills.

This is a full time role 9-5pm and will work within a hugely supportive team which is led by a brilliant Partner.

The day to day duties will involve : File opening, AML & Money Laundering cheques, issuing quotes and client care, Issuing Contracts on sales and answering enquiries, raising enquiries, issuing purchase reports, attendances on client throughout transaction, proceeding to exchange of contracts and completion and post completion registration at HMLR

If someone has a legal qualification or has more experience and is able to run their own matters then this is something that could be offered or worked towards also as the team have lots of resource at hand.
