Document Production Assistant A leading firm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Document Production Assistant to work collaboratively across multiple departments, producing and amending complex legal documents and correspondence. The role demands the ability to handle a variety of work types, adhere to the firm's house style, and deliver documents accurately and efficiently, meeting high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities
  • Produce and amend complex legal documents and correspondence following fee earners’ instructions
  • Ensure all documents comply with the firm’s house style
  • Handle a wide range of document types, delivering high standards of accuracy and efficiency
  • Work across various departments, providing support where needed
  • Use initiative to interpret requirements and produce high-quality, professional documents
Candidate Requirements
  • Accurate typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
  • Experience in processing documents from digital dictation
  • Ability to repair and amend problematic documents
  • Attention to detail with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in a legal or professional services environment is beneficial but not essential
  • Client focused with a professional approach to work
