An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join an award winning and highly regarded law firm based in Newcastle. You will be working as part of the firms Real Estate team providing secretarial support on a wide range of legal services.

Previous legal secretary experience is needed, property experience is desired.
Duties
- Maintaining fee earners diaries
- Typing of general correspondence
- Liaising with clients and taking instructions
- Preparing, submitting and downloading property searches
- Preparing and submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax forms using the SDLT website
- Booking and organising meeting rooms, travel and travel tickets
- General administration support
