This is your chance to be part of a growing Real Estate department where you’ll be at the heart of high-value transactions and client relationships. As a Paralegal supporting the Plot Sales team, you’ll manage your own caseload of residential property sales, working closely with developers, buyers, and lenders. You’ll prepare contracts, oversee post-completion tasks, and ensure everything runs smoothly.This is a hands-on role where you will:
  • Manage residential property sales from start to finish
  • Work with developers, buyers’ lawyers, and lenders to ensure seamless transactions
  • Prepare and manage sale contract paperwork with precision
  • Handle post-completion tasks with attention to detail
  • Provide clients with regular progress updates
  • Conduct legal research to support key decisions
  • Support the wider Real Estate team when needed
