Job Title: Senior Architect

Salary: 40,000 - 45,000
This is a great opportunity to join an expanding architectural practice who provide high quality design services throughout the entire project lifecycles. They are on the lookout for an independent Senior Architect to lead on range of residential projects that vary in size and complexity.
To be successful in applying for the Senior Architect role, you will need to be ARB registered with strong post qualification experience within a UK practice. The individual will need to be proficient with AutoCAD and have a background leading on residential projects across all RIBA stages. Previous experience within a client facing role as well being able to mentor and develop junior team members would bolster the successful individual's application.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:
- Successfully completed your RIBA part 3 qualification
- Strong post qualification experience within the UK
- ARB registered
- Proficient with AutoCAD software
- Good experience working on residential projects across all RIBA stages
- Strong client management experience and delivery of large-scale projects
- Experience of job running
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of planning and building regulations
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Experience mentoring more junior team members
- Ability to contribute to and maintain a robust pipeline for the client
- Full UK driver's license
