With a rapidly growing procurement function, they are looking to recruit a Procurement Manager focusing primarily on the indirect categories across the business including Travel, Fleet, Professional Services, HR, FM, and more. Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement processes including executing the relevant category strategies.
- Negotiate regional and multi-site contracts covering pricing, delivery, payment terms, and more.
- Manage key supplier partnerships and drive supplier performance improvements.
- Identify risks and opportunities, implement mitigation measures, and promote early procurement/supplier involvement to optimize outcomes.
Experience & Requirements
- A few years of strategic sourcing experience, ideally in complex, global organizations
- Experience of end-to-end procurement across a range of indirect categories
- Will need to be analytical, dynamic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Should be comfortable speaking with both suppliers and stakeholders
