The Assistant Engineering Manager must be Multi Skilled
The Assistant Engineering Manager must be APPRENTICE TRAINED
The Assistant Engineering Manager will need to be from any MANUFACTURING background!
The Assistant Engineering Manager will need to have an engineering qualification (Level 3 minimum)
