As an Assisatant Engineering Manager you will be both leading a team of engineers and on the tools depending on business requirements! • The Assistant Engineering Manager must be Multi Skilled 
• The Assistant Engineering Manager must be APPRENTICE TRAINED
• The Assistant Engineering Manager will need to be from any MANUFACTURING background!
• The Assistant Engineering Manager will need to have an engineering qualification (Level 3 minimum)
