Our clientOur client is a large complex manufacturing business looking to recruit an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager into their existing team.  The opportunityAs Continuous Improvement Manager, you will look to continue to embed a positive pro-active continuous improvement strategy & culture through all site based functions.  You will look to continue to develop the continuous improvement strategy for the site to meet business expectations through the development of an tactical plant and continuing to facilitate the ongoing training & development throughout the plant.  About youAs an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager, you will have proven experience in a dedicated continuous improvement role in a complex manufacturing business.  You will have well developed communication skills, able to engage effectively with the shop floor, challenge and influence managers but also to be able to coach/train continuous improvement champions throughout the site.  Your previous management experience and successful application of a wide variety of continuous improvement tools including lean, six sigma will enable you add real value and succeed in this role.
