Our client is an expanding complex manufacturing business seeking an experienced Operations Director to support their growth and new product development.
In this role, you will lead and manage teams across production, engineering, and maintenance to drive efficiency and maximize output.
You will be a key member of the senior leadership team, focusing on innovation and the implementation of new automation and technology.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams and fostering a positive continuous improvement culture in a complex batch manufacturing environment.
A salary of £90,000 to £110,000 is offered, along with a requirement for at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

About youAs an experienced Operations Director, you will demonstrate a proven track record in leading, managing and coaching your teams to reach their full potential whilst delivering on time in full to a a global customer base. You will have deep understanding driving a positive continuous improvement culture in a complex batch manufacturing site. With well developed communication skills, you will have experience challenging/influencing decisions as part of a senior leadership team, collaborating effectively throughout the plant and leading/developing your teams to reach their full potential.
