The Role:

So, what will you be doing as aContract Manager?

  • Ensure adherence to all legal and company protocols across all stakeholder groups.
  • Effectively manage all risks associated with safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) through the application of RAMS, PPE, training, and company guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for employees, clients, and end users.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with operational staff, business partners, suppliers, and subcontractors to enhance contractual operational performance.
  • Build meaningful and sustainable relationships with the Client and associated Client organizations.
  • Oversee client service delivery across multiple locations, ensuring all resources collaborate effectively.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive business plan for the designated contract.
  • Set, monitor, and control SLA's and KPI's, identifying opportunities to add value across delivery stakeholders.
  • Ensure mobile personnel manage the contract according to agreed SLA's and KPI's for technical and related services.
  • Collaborate with mobile teams to plan, execute, and monitor the standards of all work related to the PPM schedule and reactive tasks.
  • Be accountable for the financial performance of the contract, reviewing monthly audit checks to ensure legislative compliance within service delivery streams, and escalating issues to the Account Manager as needed.
  • Develop and monitor direct reports through training and regular evaluations.

What are we looking for in our next Contract Manager?

  • Proven experience in contract management with extensive knowledge of building services and relevant legislation.
  • Demonstrated background in Facilities Management, particularly with a technical focus.
  • Experience and certifications in HVAC systems.
  • Ability to remain composed and make clear decisions under pressure.
  • Qualifications in Health & Safety, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), and Water Systems, including Legionella Control (HSG274).
  • Proficient in using a Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system and holding a clean driving license.
  • Knowledge of asbestos safety procedures.
  • Effective at engaging with stakeholders within our clients services, clients, other service partners, and suppliers.
  • Self-driven, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable to evolving circumstances
