Our clientOur client is a complex high volume manufacturing business looking to recruit an experienced Head of Quality. The opportunityReporting directly to the Plant Director, as Head of Quality you will provide effective leadership, management, coaching and development across the whole quality engineer.  As a member of the senior leadership team, you will continue to raise the profile of quality throughout the plant whilst giving confidence to customers and other external stakeholders.  You will play a pro-active role in the continued focus to embed a positive quality improvement minded culture throughout the organisation whilst identifying opportunities for improvement and effectiveness.  About youAs a highly experienced Head of Quality, you will have previous experience as part of a Senior Leadership Team providing both strategic and tactical quality leadership to your team to impact performance.  With well developed communication skills, you will demonstrate the ability to lead and manage your direct Managers to coach and support their teams to reach their full potential.  You will demonstrate a real passion for people, with the ability to inspire, motivate and challenge effectively.  A deep understanding of world class quality systems and their application will be key to your success.  Previous experience gained as a Head of Quality in a complex high volume manufacturing plan will enable you to add real value as they continue to grow and diversify.
