Our Client:Our client is a well recognised bespoke manufacturing business located close to Newcastle, and we are very pleased to be supporting them in their search for a Manufacturing Manager to join their team. The opportunity:The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for driving process improvements and efficiency within the manufacturing function, overseeing the production of high-quality, custom-made products. This role involves managing a team of skilled craftsmen on-site, collaborating closely with other managers and teams to optimize product flow throughout the manufacturing process, and ensuring all products meet stringent quality standards and customer expectations.About you:As an experienced Manufacturing Leader, you will have experience of managing a team in the manufacture of premium high quality products to meet, and ultimately exceed, customer expectations. With well developed leadership skills, you will be able to effectively lead and support a team and maximise efficiency through the use of lean production techniques.
