I am working alongside a regional civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a site manager to help deliver a civils and infrastructure scheme being delivered for a valued client. The scope of works you will be overseeing will include 278 works, drainage, utilities and public realm works.
Site manager responsibilities:
- Working alongside the project manager and contracts manager.
- Managing and allocating plant, labour and materials.
- Site supervision.
- Ensuring works are being completed in accordance to job specification and project program.
- Ensuring health and safety compliance.
- Liaising with the client and local authorities.
- Task briefings.
- Detailed record keeping.
Site manager requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- CSCS card - Gold/ Black.
- SSSTS/ SMSTS.
- First aid.
- NRSWA - Desirable/
- Experience with civils, groundworks and drainage.
- Full UK driving licence.
