I'm looking to speak to experienced Site Managers to work on a Social Housing workstream around the Newcastle area, with a minimum of 3 years work secured + further work in the pipeline - experience in Housing Maintenance works/Kitchen & Bathroom replacements is essential to securing this role.
The salary on offer is between £50-53K basic (DOE) + £5K Car Allowance and a generous pension contribution from the employer, amongst other package details.
