  • Provide holistic care: You'll assess, plan, and deliver individualized care plans for individuals struggling with substance misuse, addressing their physical, mental, and social needs.
  • Build trusting relationships: You'll establish strong connections with patients, providing support, encouragement, and guidance on their recovery journey.
  • Collaborate with a team: You'll work closely with other healthcare professionals, social workers, and community organizations to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Advocate for patients: You'll be a strong advocate for your patients, helping them navigate the healthcare system and access the resources they need.

What you'll bring:

  • Valid NMC Pin
  • Min. 6 months of Experience in substance misuse nursing or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A genuine passion for helping individuals achieve their recovery goals
