Our client is an established and successful business based in Newcastle. They are looking for an Administrator to join their team on a full time, temporary basis. If you meet the person specification for the role, please apply below.

The Job you will be Doing

  • Responsible for the collation, recording and maintenance of quality data within the system
  • Processing customer returns information in a timely manner
  • Administer supplier returns and warranty activities in line with company and customer requirements
  • Provide general admin support to the team
  • Ensure all reports and actions are recorded on the inhouse company system in an appropriate manner
  • Identify any opportunities for improvement in quality processes and procedures
  • Ensure the team adheres to all safe working practices, and the work areas are clean and tidy

About You

  • Strong administration experience
  • Good data entry skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong IT system experience, with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Experience of working to health and safety standards and regulations
  • Capable of working on own initiative and able to make decisions
  • Results orientated with a flexible and accurate approach
